Fault phenomenon
When using Hitachi ARIETTA 70 ultrasonic diagnostic equipment, it was found that there was obvious bright channel interference in the echo area of the image, which affected the accuracy of diagnosis and the clarity of the image.
Failure analysis
Based on the observed fault phenomenon, it is initially determined that the fault may be related to the RX board (receiving board).
The RX board is an important part of the ultrasonic diagnostic equipment and is responsible for receiving and processing the echo signals captured by the ultrasonic probe. If the RX board fails, it may cause abnormal processing of echo signals, resulting in bright channel interference on the image.
Maintenance treatment
Prepare:
Confirm the fault phenomenon and prepare the tools and spare parts required for repair, including a new RX board.
Understand the structure of the device and the location of the RX board for replacement.
Disassembly:
Turn off the power to the device and disconnect all cables.
Remove the left casing of the machine and the iron cover of the front chassis to expose the front board.
There is the name of the corresponding board under each board. 5723 is the RX board. Find and remove the JUMPER board that connects the RX board, CWSRV board, and TX board to replace the RX board.
Replace:
Carefully remove the faulty RX board, taking care not to damage surrounding components and connecting wires.
Install the new RX board into its original location, making sure the connections are secure.
Reconnect the JUMPER board, making sure all connections are correct.
Close the front chassis and left side enclosure to restore the appearance of the device.
Turn on the power, start the device, and observe whether the image returns to normal
Repair result
After replacing the RX board, restart the device and observe the image. It is found that the bright channel interference has disappeared and the image has returned to normal.
Things to note
During maintenance, make sure the equipment is turned off and disconnected from the power source to avoid electric shock and damage to the equipment.
Be careful when removing and installing the board to avoid damaging surrounding components and connecting wires.
After repairs are completed, comprehensive testing is performed to ensure that the functionality and performance of the equipment are restored to normal.
